Jo, the owner, was immediately sympathetic to my situation, she has the experience needed and the team was fast to get things fixed in an efficient and safe manner. There was consistent communication and Jo was there to answer any questions I had. My family was able to watch the progress of the restoration and I was incredibly relieved with each day that passed.

I bought my dream home and it wasn’t the beauty internally that I thought it was but Pinnacle was a large part of turning that around. Do I still suffer from PTSD from swimming in my living room, yes. But, now I can heal and I greatly appreciate the health of my house now, all thanks to Pinnacle Restoration.

I was referred to Pinnacle by another Restoration company that did not service my area. I was called within minutes and the entire process with this company has been amazing. If you hire anyone else to do your work, you will be highly disappointed. I checked several contractors before hiring Pinnacle and I’m not using anyone else to do my work. They are professional, reasonable, respectful of you and your home, flexible and have a high quality of work. Their staff includes professionals with experience and not just some guys that have nothing to do on a weekend. Trust me…you will not be disappointed!!!!

This is a long, overdue review. I had pinnacle come out to do an estimate for painting. We ended up not going with them because the estimate was over our budget.

When the painter came out to do the estimate he parked in the driveway and his van leaked oil on our driveway. We called pinnacle and told them what happened. They had him come out right away to clean the stain and he even came back the next day to finish.

Mistakes happen but I was impressed with how the company handled themselves afterwards. It’s nice to see businesses have integrity these days.

Great Advocate For You And Your Home!

Pinnacle Restoration was a lot of help for me with damage due to a leak. I also had mold damage as a result of that leak. They came in and identified the problem quickly and immediately took care of talking to my insurance company. They were strong advocates for me when dealing with the insurance. They would not let the insurance company cut corners or scoff at anything that needed to be fixed with this big issue. When they finally got approval from the insurance company, the workers were scheduled quickly and arrived on time. They got the work done quickly and efficiently. They would communicate very well with us if there were any hold-ups of any kind. The finished job looks wonderful, and I could not be happier with the results! I hope I never have to go through this type of problem again but if I did I would call them first!
