Pack-out
Dealing with the water and mold damage to your property is already an overwhelming and stressful situation – this is why Pinnacle Restoration gladly offers “pack-out” and “pack-in” services to alleviate the additional burden. During the restoration process, your possessions risk becoming damaged or more ravaged if they remain on your property. This “pack-out” protects and treats your furnishings and belongings with the utmost care and respect. If some of your possessions have been damaged beyond repair, we will help you to decide which items need to be discarded and will further aid you in doing so.
For insurance purposes, you’ll need a detailed inventory and documentation of any and all damage you’ve incurred to your possessions. During the “pack-out” process, our professionals take photographs of your items and then carefully wrap them in stretch-wrap (a heavy-duty version of plastic wrap) and/or bubble paper for the smaller boxed items.
Pack-in
Your home is finally complete! We know it feels as if it’s been “forever” since the water and/or mold disrupted your lives, and we do hope the work we completed allows you to resume your normal daily life. Once your home is safe and ready to live in again, we remove the plastic and bubble wrap from your belongings and with your direction, put everything back in its place. It’s YOUR choice as to whether or not we help you with the unpacking. We have found that many people would rather do this themselves because they find themselves “right-sizing” after an occurrence like this.
