Joahn Ogawa, AKA Jo, is the owner of Pinnacle Restoration, which is a family owned and operated business, established in 2014. Originally from Maui, she moved to Las Vegas (the 9th island) in 2010. Ms. Ogawa is IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation. She has strong family values and believes that all Clients should be treated as Ohana (family). When a family has to go though a Water Damage, this can be a very stressful time.
