MEET THE OWNER
Hi, I’m “Jo”, Pinnacle Restoration’s Owner, General Manager, Project Manager, Team Leader, everything in-between and then some. Born and raised in Maui, I attribute my strong family values to my traditional Hawaiian upbringing, which have translated to how Pinnacle conducts business. In 2010, my family and I moved to Las Vegas (which we lovingly call the 9th island) and opened our Las Vegas-based business in 2014. Since then, we consistently create and provide a cohesive atmosphere in which each team member as well as client shall be treated as “Ohana” (family).
I personally understand that water and mold damage to your property causes unexpected stress and financial burden. All of us here at Pinnacle take the necessary measures to alleviate such pressures as quickly and effectively as possible. I am currently IICRC-Certified (Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification – the non-profit certifying body for the cleaning and restoration industry) in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation and am continuously expanding my knowledge (and that of our team members) through advanced certification courses. My goal is for Pinnacle Restoration to utilize only the best products, techniques, and tools to determine and implement the best solution to your problem. We are available all hours of the day, every day of the week. I believe that by being accessible, I can walk beside you as a guiding hand during your unexpected journey and hopefully make your stressful experience a bit easier.
