General Mold Information

  • Mold can begin to grow 72 hours after a water damage has accured
  • Don't be mistaken, just because we live in dry Las Vegas.   Mold spores can survive harsh environmental conditions, such as dry conditions, that do not support normal mold growth.

  • Typically after a water damage has occurred you don't see the growth immediately, as it will begin to grow behind the baseboards, in wall cavities and under cabinets
  • Pinnacle Restoration recommends the use of antimicrobial chemicals during the cleaning process.
