General Mold Information
Mold can begin to grow 72 hours after a water damage has accured
Don't be mistaken, just because we live in dry Las Vegas. Mold spores can survive harsh environmental conditions, such as dry conditions, that do not support normal mold growth.
Molds grow best in warm, damp, and humid conditions, and spread and reproduce by making spores.
Typically after a water damage has occurred you don't see the growth immediately, as it will begin to grow behind the baseboards, in wall cavities and under cabinets
Pinnacle Restoration recommends the use of antimicrobial chemicals during the cleaning process.
Some of the common indoor molds are; Cadosporium, Penicillium, Alternaria and SAspergillsu
