  • Depending on the amount of your deductible and the amount of damage's, it may not be in your best interest to file a claim.
  • There are variations in insurance policies, knowing what your policy covers is in your benefit.

4. Begin The Restoration

  • Pinnacle Restoration will begin the water damage restoration procedures immediately after evaluating your property.  
  • You should not wait several days for the restoration to begin. 
  • The drying process takes between 3-5 days. 
  • During the entire mitigation process Pinnacle Restoration's Professionals will take multiple photo's. 

5. Restoration Of The Damage

  • Pinnacle Restoration's professionals will then create your mitigation report, to include; mitigation invoice with detailed scope of work, drying logs and photo's.  
  • If you have chosen to go through your homeowners insurance company, a copy of file will be provided to your insurance company's adjuster.
